Life
Living Situation: Tori currently lives with her parents in a medium sized house in the Shinagawa-ku district of Tokyo.
Family: Tori's parents work for the Japanese foreign office as diplomatic staff. Her father, Yuuta, works as a guard for the ambassador while her mother, Maya, works in the embassy office in administrative roles.
History: Tori spent most of the early part of her childhood living with her grandparents in Hokkaido while her parents were overseas working in Japanese embassies aboard.

Soon after Tori's 6th birthday, her grandmother became gravely ill, dying a few months later. Due to the death, Tori's parents were given leave from their overseas jobs and then later a posting to Tokyo. This allowed them to spend time with their daughter. When Tori's turned 8 her parents decided that she was now old enough to travel with them on their overseas postings. Soon afterwards Tori's family received a 5 year posting to the Japanese embassy in the Netherlands. They lived near the embassy building in Den Haag.

While Tori was in the Netherlands she attended local schools and had lessons from a tutor at the embassy with other children whose families were posted to the Netherlands. The tutor went over subjects and classes that were taught in Japan, but not in the Netherlands. They returned to Japan just after Tori's 13th birthday.

Personality: Tori generally appears to be a quiet and unassuming person.  Many express that she is humble and soft-spoken, unless of course they have had the privilege of getting to know her personally.  Tori's outer persona can be a little misleading because often what people mistake for shyness is really a sort of state of observation.  In her daily life, Tori if very concentrated.  She spends a lot of time listening and watching and much less time talking.  To a certain extent, Tori is always judging the world.  She takes in the myriad of information and spends a lot of time deciding what she thinks about something or someone she is encountering.  In this way, Tori is fairly judgmental.  She is so comprehensive in her analysis that once she has made a determination about what she is dealing with it is not simple to sway her opinion.  This of course, goes for judgments she makes on herself which can often be the most critical.

On the other hand, Tori is not above challenging conventions.  If a system is in place that is not as effective as it should or could be she has no qualms about standing up and saying so.  This is due mainly to her natural desire to be helpful or useful in a group.  Sometimes awkward with social situations, she relies on the fact that people think she is just shy to get by without too much probing from others in conversation.  That's not to say that she does not enjoy listening to other people and small talk.  She feels no superiority to anyone - her view of the world is focused by a lens shaped by her senses.  Her main objective is to understand even though it is sometimes her stubborn streak that blocks her from a clear understanding.

Tori wants to dream and hope but often finds herself bogged down by details and shortcomings of herself and others.  She has a huge desire to find some kind of creative outlet for her stresses but often she becomes frustrated with her inability to master anything rapidly.  This usually leads to her abandoning one hobby for another, and so on.

Henshin Scene: Tori spins around, throwing her henshin object ahead of her as she does. The object begins to rotate around Tori creating a small tornado around her. The tornado condenses in on her forming a Tori-shaped tornado before vanishing leaving Sailor Sa standing with her right arm lifted sidewards towards the sky, and her left arm pointed down to the side parallel to her outstretched left leg.

Aura Colour: Silver

Mission: The mission of the Alpha Centauri senshi is to recover the Light Crystal by any means necessary and use it to restore their home worlds.

Fuku: Sailor Sa has a silver V shaped tiara which has a yellow jewel in the middle shaped like a ringed planet. Her chocker is about 20% thicker then normal, covering more of her neck. It is yellow and has a silver line running horizontally through the middle. Sa's sailor collar is silver with two yellow lines along the outer edge. Her front bow is yellow with a rounded heart shaped silver brooch. There is an eight pointed star shaped engraving on the brooch. The star is darker then the rest of the brooch. Her fuku is white with straight gold piping across the middle of her chest. Sa's gloves are white and fingerless. They reach to midway to her elbows. Sailor Sa has arm guards located midway between her elbow and shoulder. The arm guards are silver with a gold line along the top. Sa has a yellow belt with gold buckle between her bodice and skirt. Her skirt is silver and is cut diagonally from her left hip to right knee. Sa's shoes are white reaching part way up her shins; there is a yellow line near the top of the boots and another line running vertically through the middle of the boots. Sa's earrings are small chains hanging from a small yellow stud, a ringed silver planet hangs from the end of the chains.

Henshin Phrase: Sa Power, Make Up

Henshin Object: Sa's henshin object is a small palm sized orb. The orb has a hollow, blurry wind-like appearance within a clear casing. The orbs casing is tinted yellow.

Attacks:
Stellar Breeze: Sa grabs her Mistrals and points one, unopened, towards the sky saying "Stellar". Charged partials from the solar wind begin to flow into the Mistral. Opening the other Mistral, she sweeps it through the air in front of her calling "Breeze". The solar plasma erupts from the Mistral in a wall like aurora which protects her from incoming attacks. She has the option of bringing down the closed Mistral and calling "Immerse" while pointing the Mistral towards her target. This causes the Solar wind partials to charge into the target.
Lateral Gust: Calling "Lateral", Sa lifts her hands above her head causing the surrounding winds to gather into a ball. Bringing her hands down, she spins around calling "Gust" before throwing the ball of wind at her target and literally blowing them of their feet.

Weapons: Mistrals. Sailor Sa's weapons are a pair of folding paper hand fans. They have yellow rods and silver paper. A symbol is visible on each fan when it is unfolded, both symbols are yellow. One fan has Sa's symbol. The other has a ringed planet icon, with the mars symbol overlaying the planet, partly hidden behind the ring.
